Recordings and materials from the Monique and Roland Weyl People’s Academy of International Law Seminar, The Struggle Against the International Assault on Labor Rights, held on September 15, 2026, are now available online. In this seminar, faculty explored attacks on workers and trade unions around the world, strategies of worker resistance and international solidarity, and the International Court of Justice’s 2026 decision recognizing the right to strike as protected by freedom of association.

- Ashwini Sukthankar: Activist labor lawyer and founding Director of the International Commission for Labor Rights
- Jeffrey Vogt: Rule of Law Director of the Solidarity Center, and co-founder and President of the International Lawyers Assisting Workers Network
- Noel Neri: Executive Director of the Pro-Labor Legal Assistance Center, and founding member of the National Union of Peoples Lawyers in the Philippines
- Ramapriya Gopalakrishnan: Leading labor lawyer in India who represents public and private unions; worked with the International Labour Organization and the International Commission for Labor Rights
- Maximiliano Nagl Garcez: Labor lawyer representing trade unions and social movements in Brazil; board member of International Lawyers Assisting Workers Network
