Join the Monique and Roland Weyl People’s Academy of International Law on Tuesday, September 15 for a seminar on The Struggle Against the International Assault on Labor Rights. Faculty will explore attacks on workers and trade unions around the world, strategies of worker resistance and international solidarity, and the International Court of Justice’s 2026 decision recognizing the right to strike as protected by freedom of association. The seminar will include strategies for using International Labor Organization conventions in domestic law.
