Recordings and materials from Using International Law to Analyze Racism, Apartheid, Zionism and Anti-Semitism, held on June 23, 2026, are now available online from the Monique and Roland Weyl People’s Academy of International Law. This seminar clarifies some important and related concepts of racism, apartheid, zionism and anti-semitism. By analyzing treaties, UN General Assembly resolutions, proceedings and decisions of the International Court of Justice, and other sources of international law, the faculty offer a path for human rights activists to understand these ideologies, which are presently highly contested, particularly in the US and Europe.
