Join the Monique and Roland Weyl People’s Academy of International Law for Course 10: International Law Protects Struggles for Liberation and Emancipation which will examine the international instruments and jurisprudence that protect the collective right to self-determination and the rights to participate in public affairs—directly through criticism, opposition, dissent, resistance, and human rights defense—and indirectly through representatives in free and fair elections.
