Join the Monique and Roland Weyl People’s Academy of International Law for Seminar H: The Korean War, Unresolved Ongoing Conflicts and US Involvement which will focus on international law issues related to the Korean War and ongoing post-armistice conflicts, the UN Command in South Korea, and the military alliance between the U.S. and South Korea. This seminar will examine the UN Charter, General Assembly resolutions, and the UN Flag Code, which are key tools for understanding U.S. imperialism in Korea.
