The International Review of Contemporary Law, IADL’s digital legal journal, released a special issue for International Women’s Day 2023, highlighting multiple instances of women’s struggle around the world. It includes an article on women and struggles in Iran, an article by Marjorie Cohn about the struggle to defend abortion rights in the United States, and a Position Paper on Gender developed by the Progressive Lawyers’ Association in Turkey.
