IADL Bureau member Marjorie Cohn joined an online event organized by the Assange Defense Campaign on Monday, 4 January, commenting on the defeat for the U.S. in its attempt to extradite Wikileaks founder and journalist Julian Assange from the UK, as well as the ongoing legal challenges to end Assange’s unjust incarceration and fight back against attacks on press freedom.
