In the days before the International Criminal Court begins proceedings against former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte for crimes committed in the so-called “war on drugs,” we will gather voices of lawyers, human rights defenders, victims, and solidarity movements.
This event comes at a crucial time. The repeated postponements of the ICC proceedings raise serious concerns for access to justice and accountability. Our webinar will provide a space to amplify the voices of victims and their families, to reflect on the importance of international solidarity, and to discuss what this case means for the global struggle against impunity.
